With a capacity for 9 people is ideal for families or groups who wants to enjoy the island of Ibiza. Located in the countryside, with a fenced plot of 2.500 m2, it is perfectly situated to visit the island. Just 10m from Ibiza town and the village of Sant Josep, 10m from the beach of Sa Caleta and other beaches in the south of the island.

INTERIOR
The welcoming entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge and dining room, giving direct access to the kitchen area. Large windows are surrounding the entire living room and dining area giving direct access to a covered porch with an outdoor dining area right next to the pool.

There are 5 bedrooms in total.
Two with double beds
One en-suite with double bed.
One double room with two single beds

This beautiful rental villa sits on a 2.500 m2 fenced plot. The garden is very well kept with local Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. As soon as you enter the property a stone pathway leads you to the house. On the back side of the villa is a covered patio and an outdoor dining area with a gas fireplace. A haven of peace where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the upper floor, there are two terraces with unobstructed views over the countryside.
