INTERIOR The villa fuses traditional Ibizan architecture with contemporary functionality. The main part of the house consists of the master bedroom, a very large living area with 3 sofas, very high beamed ceilings, a chaiselongue overlooking a patio with fountain, a grand half tail piano, a very large terrace with a table for 12 people and sofas, the rustic kitchen opening up to the patio, a toilet, a gym and a laundry room. The garden of 3000 m2 is composed of a large lawn area, a lush garden filled with typical local vegetation, with plenty of spots to chill out in hammocks, beds and sofas, enjoying the shade of the palm and pine trees. Villa Can Teresita is a stuning property, where traditional Moorish architecture is interpreted in a cubist and modern way, where Ibiza meets Moroccan and Asian influences. INTERIOR The entrance hall is the link between the two building parts: the living rooms are in the left tower of the villa, the bedrooms in the right tower. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, the master suite extends over the entire upper floor. Directly above the entrance hall there is a roof terrace, which can be entered from both the galery and the bedrooms. The living room impresses with its open design and the floor-to-ceiling windows.
