Can Encanto is an old goatherd's house that was renovated and extended 15 years ago. The finca consists of a renovated old stone house, which is connected to a house of traditional Ibicencan architecture, formed by white cubes. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, overlooking the Mediterranean garden and the countryside. The beautiful outdoor space is very pleasant to relax and enjoy with friends and family in an authentic and charming environment. Can Encanto is a play of fluidity between the exterior and the interior, the garden and the countryside. LOCATION The house, surrounded by Ibizan countryside, is situated at the entrance to the Benimusa valley, not far from the village of San Rafael, following the motorway towards San Antonio. The proximity of the motorway allows quick access to Ibiza town and to San Antonio. INTERIOR The interiors of Can Encanto have been carefully designed, mixing classic pieces of 20th century design with traditional Ibicencan elements. Highlights include a collection of German ceramics from the 1960s and Sargadelos crockery. The entrance hall, with its Iberian touch, is very welcoming. The spacious living room, bathed in light thanks to its 2 large windows, overlooks the beautiful Mediterranean garden and gives access to the porch. The living room is divided into two parts, one with the fireplace and the other with the TV. From the living room there is access on one side to the outside porch and on the other side to the old stone house where the interior dining room, the office, the kitchen, the pantry and the laundry room are located. The magnificent dining room in the oldest part of the house, surrounded by dry stone walls, is very cosy. It has space for 8 people around a wooden table, decorated with an antique kitchen unit and its exclusive crockery and an elegant hanging lamp. It has three openings, two to the two outer sides of the house and one to the kitchen. The kitchen is also in the old part of the house, all equipped with its Ibizan charm. Behind it there is a laundry room and another room with the pantry. From the kitchen there is access to the garden area with pergola and table. From the entrance of the house there is access to the left to the 2 bedrooms, each with its own charm. - First double bedroom, with large wardrobes, a window. Bed 180 x 200 cm. Bathroom with shower. - The second bedroom, the most spacious, is the master bedroom. Double bed, large wardrobes, access to the garden. En suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
