LOCATION, VIEWS AND ORIENTATION
The property is located in the countryside, very close to the charming village of San Carlos. The village of San Carlos has beautiful scenery and some of the most charming bars on the island of Ibiza. The house offers views of the countryside and the forest and faces southeast.

ACCESS, ENTRANCE AND PARKING
The property is accessed from a paved driveway and is entered through an electric gate. Once inside, you drive up a small slope, as the house is located on a hill, until you reach a large open parking area for 2/3 cars.

MAIN HOUSE - GROUND FLOOR
On entering the house, on the left hand side there is a large living room with a fireplace and a toilet. To the right of the entrance, there is a large dining room also with a fireplace. From the dining room there is a separate kitchen. From both the kitchen and the dining room, there is access to a very large terrace and from there, to the swimming pool. Between the kitchen and the dining room, there is a bedroom with its own outside access.
Opposite this bedroom are the stairs inside the tower leading to the first floor and a corridor with a wood stove that heats this whole area.

MAIN HOUSE - FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and its own terrace.
And, 2 more double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

EXTERIOR
Outside the property there are several terraces, a private swimming pool, a barbecue area, a children's play area and a pool house with toilet and shower with a storage and laundry room.
