Villa Comte

Villa Comte is a spectacular modern five bedroom villa, located only 400 m away from the lovely beach of Cala Conta with the famous restaurant Sunset Ashram.

This magnificent villa, optimised for comfort and luxury, has a beautiful view across the sea. The term luxury is often used with vilas on Ibiza, but here it is truly justified. Everything is carefully considered and designed for ultimate comfort. The view is gorgeous, on one of the most beautiful spots of Ibiza. The house is finished to perfection! And very important is located in a secured area with 24 hours security service.

There is a long L shaped swimming pool (15x4), a large dining table and various areas to relax. There si also a lawn at the front as well as the back of the house. There is a spacious bright living room with fire place and a dining room, followed by an open kitchen that is equipped with all the modern comforts.

There are 5 bedrooms in total: 3 double bedrooms (180x200) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (2x90x200). All have an en-suite bathroom with sky rain showers. The master bedroom also has a bathtub. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The fifth bedroom and a spacious cinema room can be found in the basement.

The lovely beach of Cala Tarida with the Cotton Beach Club or Cala Bassa with its Beach Club are at only 10 minutes away.
