Built by musician and composer Mike Oldfield and then owned by Noel Gallagher, former Oasis guitarist, this exclusive ocean villa has an extraordinary history. The current owner transformed the property into a real family-and-friends luxury retreat. Its naturally warm atmosphere will make you feel at home instantly. From the house, you have direct access to the beach Ses Boques, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza. You can reach the beach via a small lingering path. The beach is isolated between robust jagged cliffs and is therefore hard to reach for outsiders. Privacy and peace are guaranteed. INTERIOR The fully equipped kitchen has a large island, breakfast bar, integrated casino table and direct access to the terrace. The large wooden table can easily accommodate at least 18 people and it is a great place to enjoy an indoor breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The house has a second kitchen, a professional one, with a chef and first-class staff. Our culinary staff are there to ensure a carefree stay for you and your guests. Any culinary wish you or your guests may have or indulge, our chef will be happy to transform it in reality for you. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The Master suite is separated from the other bedrooms and therefore offers a sense of total privacy. This spacious private suite has a large ensuite bathroom with a king-size bath and offers stunning views overlooking the Ses Boques rocks and the Mediterranean Sea. Exquisite features of this suite are a spacious steam room and a large private terrace. The villa boasts other 5 double bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms and air-con units. And if you are traveling with your own staff, the property has extra staff rooms where they can be accommodate. EXTERIOR The spectacular infinity pool is the centrepiece of the house. Constructed close to the edge of the cliff, the pool offers the most magnificent panoramic views across the Mediterranean all year round. Being surrounded by a large terrace with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and a lovely shaded sitting area, the pool area makes for hours of care-free enjoyment and relaxation. A diving board adds to the fun. The pool is 13 meters long and 5 meters wide and has a 9 square meters shallow end of 50 cm deep. The house has two large terraces: a sun terrace next to the pool and a shaded terrace on the other side of the house, mainly used for dining. This alfresco dining area with a large wooden table is located next to the kitchen. The sun terrace on the pool is carved into the cliffside and is made of light natural stone. It has large cosy cushions to lounge on and a row of sea-facing sun loungers and parasols. Finally, an outdoor cinema is available at the outdoor bar alongside the pool.
