Can Alcantara is a great luxury villa in a peaceful and quiet location with nice outdoors and very close to the beach and other services. INTERIOR The villa fuses traditional Ibizan architecture with contemporary functionality. The main part of the house consists of the master bedroom, a very large living area with 3 sofas, very high beamed ceilings, a chaiselongue overlooking a patio with fountain, a grand half tail piano, a very large terrace with a table for 12 people and sofas, the rustic kitchen opening up to the patio, a toilet, a gym and a laundry room. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS 1 master Bedroom composed of 2 rooms with a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bath. 4 double Bedrooms with en-suite on the guest wing. 1 double Bedroom overlooks the pool area. EXTERIOR The large heated (optional at exra cost) salt water infinity pool can be seen from all parts of the house and is surrounded by a large sun deck, with baliness beds and deck chairs for all and shade provided by 2 umbrellas. The garden of 3000 m2 is composed of a large lawn area, a lush garden filled with typical local vegetation, with plenty of spots to chill out in hammocks, beds and sofas, enjoying the shade of the palm and pine trees. This is completed by a chillout / barbacue area and a large roof top terrace with views to the sea and Cap Nono.
