 ENTRANCE & DRIVE An electric gate and fences surround this property giving you complete privacy and a high level of security. This drive is designed to give easy access to the spacious parking area right next to the house. ENTRANCE HALL, LOUNGE & KITCHEN (main property) A beautiful small aley is leading to the main entrance, and from a charming entrance porche you are accessing the first living room with access to the dining room, the second living room, and the outdoor and pool area. KITCHEN The kitchen is a separate room adjacent to the dining area, but also has a smaller dining table in the kitchen, and direct access to the outdoor dining area. OUTDOOR AND POOL AREA The shining waters of the pool, which located a few steps from the house are surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a pool house, where you can prepare some refreshing cocktails to accompany you for the pool session. There is a shaded dining area and a nice chill out.
