Electricity is provided through the mains and 25 solar panels for both hot water and electricity, apart from this there are also 3 batteries to store the solar power or to be charged at night when electricity is a lot cheaper.
The entire villa also has very thick insulation on the outside of the walls to minimise energy consumption.
On top of this, the property has a big cistern, and its own water well.
Finally, all domotic, camera's, batteries, heating and much more can be monitored and remotely controlled from the house or through your phone.
