The "Finca Can Ribas Ibiza" is a contemporary witness of Ibizan history. Built around 1600, this authentic finca with easy access is perched on a hill between Ibiza Town and San

ACCESS & PARKING
The finca is reached by an asphalted road, only a few minutes’ drive up the hill from the main road. At the entrance to the property there is an electric gate which gives access to the grounds. You reach an area with ample parking for many vehicles.

ENTRANCE
The main house is entered via a small, idyllic front yard, from where one can either reach the main house or the guest house. A large entrance hall, the typical "sala" of all fincas, welcomes us.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor is constructed as a split level, there are always a few steps here and there that lead to the individual spaces.
From the entrance, on the left, is a less formal dining room. Through the dining room you enter one of the two kitchens, where you will also find the washing machine and dryer.
Continuing through a connecting door you find the second kitchen and followed by a more formal dining area, with very high ceilings. The rooms described above are all joined and interconnected.
From the entrance hall, to the right hand, we enter the large, almost stately living room - where there is an original and well-preserved olive oil press. A cosy fireplace corner invites you to linger and spend long winter evenings by the fire. Next to it is a large sofa corner with big windows that offer a fantastic view of the sea and the Salinas. A sliding patio door leads to the covered pool terrace.
On the ground floor of the house, you find a smaller guest bedroom which can also be used as an office, a bathroom with bathtub and a library/hobby room.

FIRST FLOOR
A generous staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two guest bedrooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe and the other with built-in closets, share a bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has its own
bathroom, with shower, and large built-in wardrobes. All three bedrooms have great views of the sea, Salinas and Formentera.

GUEST HOUSE
More space for additional guests is offered by the guest house, located at the entrance of the main house and accessed via the idyllic front yard, which hosts two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

STAFF QUARTERS
Below the pool terrace is a staff apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.

EXTERIOR
A sliding patio door leads to the covered pool terrace, where you will find an enormous dining table and a long bench, offering plenty of space for your guests. The fabulously large pool with approx. 195 m2 of water surface is avant-garde and tiled with red mosaic tiles. At the end of the pool is a seating area and barbecue, as well as a staircase leading to the lower level of the house.

The entire property is very well maintained in its traditional décor with high ceilings with Sabina wood beams, white limestone walls and dry-stone walls. The technical equipment includes a central heating system (gas) with wall radiators, air conditioning hot/cold in some bedrooms, water and electricity supply via the public grid.
