With uninterrupted views over the valley, in pretty countryside, you can enjoy the setting sun every evening.
Surrounded by fruit trees and a short distance from the charming villages of Sant Lorenzo and Santa Gertrudis, it's the ideal setting for a leisurely pace and savour your holiday.
In the immediate vicinity are excellent restaurants and supermarkets, so you can take full advantage of Ibiza's beautiful atmosphere.
After crossing the electric fence, you will find the casita on a private plot of 7000 m2.
The casita is well separated from the main house and has plenty of privacy and its own parking space.
INTERIOR
On entering the casita, you automatically enter the living room and kitchen.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM
In the open loft, you go down a small staircase where there is a spacious double bed (2x 90cm) and cupboard space.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor.
Adjacent to the bedroom (wide sliding doors) you will find the terrace with outdoor dining table and two sun loungers in complete privacy.
Please note:
Pets are not allowed.
The maximum number of people that can stay in the casita is two adults.
