On the lower floor is the entrance, the automatic gate and the private car park.
On the ground floor, you will find the heart of the villa, with the living room and its designer fireplace, the dining room and the fully equipped modern kitchen.

- Master bedroom, 1st floor, sea view. The room has 1 king-size double bed. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower. WC in bathroom. The room also includes a private terrace.

OUTSIDE
The swimming pool is ideal for hot summer days and offers magnificent sea views.
