This is a 3 storey level villa with a beautiful garden with palm trees, a swimming pool and chill out area. This property is ideal for families that like spending time close to Ibiza Town and the beaches surrounding it.
INTERIOR
The house has a total of 3 levels. On the ground floor there is the garage and staff room with its own bathroom. On the first and main floor there is the Living room area with a dinning table for 8 guests, and an independent kitchen which is fully equipped and has an island perfect for breakfast. Next to the kitchen there is a TV room with a fireplace and an office style desk. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus three additional bedrooms with their own en-suite bathroom can be found on the second level.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The 4 main bedrooms are located on the top level of the villa.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a free standing bath tub in the middle of the room with a rain shower next to the two sink. This bedroom also has its own private balcony.
The spacious second bedroom, also has its own bathroom and private terrace.
The third bedroom has double beds, a TV and a bathroom with a free standing bath tub.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed and bathroom with rain shower.
On the ground floor, there is an extra bedroom for staff with an en-suite bathroom.
