Villa Talamanca is situated in the heart of Cap Martinet, a short 5 minutes walk from Talamanca beach and 15 minutes to La Marina's harbor. This is a 3 storey level villa with a beautiful garden with palm trees, a swimming pool and chill out area. This property is ideal for families that like spending time close to Ibiza Town and the beaches surrounding it. INTERIOR The house has a total of 3 levels. On the ground floor there is the garage and staff room with its own bathroom. On the first and main floor there is the Living room area with a dinning table for 8 guests, and an independent kitchen which is fully equipped and has an island perfect for breakfast. Next to the kitchen there is a TV room with a fireplace and an office style desk. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus three additional bedrooms with their own en-suite bathroom can be found on the second level. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The 4 main bedrooms are located on the top level of the villa. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a free standing bath tub in the middle of the room with a rain shower next to the two sink. This bedroom also has its own private balcony.
