Located in the countryside, with a fenced plot of 2.500 m2, it is perfectly situated to visit the island. Just 10m from Ibiza town and the village of Sant Josep, 10m from the beach of Sa Caleta and other beaches in the south of the island. LOCATION This holiday rental villa is located close to some of the finest beaches and restaurants in the area. And only few minutes from the small town of San Jordi. INTERIOR The welcoming entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge and dining room, giving direct access to the kitchen area. Large windows are surrounding the entire living room and dining area giving direct access to a covered porch with an outdoor dining area right next to the pool.
