ACCESS AND PARKING
The access to the house is through an asphalted residential road. Parking is on the street from which a small path leads up to the house.
The house has a total built-up area of 125 m2 and is divided into two floors. On the upper floor, with a total of about 52 m2, there is a small living area with a fireplace and a small kitchen with a dining area. In front, there is a large sun terrace which is divided into two areas.
