ACCESS AND PARKING
The property can be reached easily and safely via an asphalted residential road. On the property there is parking for several vehicles. There is space for 2-3 vehicles directly by the house. Further down the plot there is additional parking. A large one of approx. 50 m2 offers space for vehicles, sports equipment or a boat. The 1.806 m2 large plot is completely surrounded by high walls and therefore not visible.
The house is entered through an entrance area, from which you have access to different areas of the house. In the house there is a fiber optic internet connection which guarantees WLAN highspeed everywhere in the whole house and outside area. Satellite TV is available in the living room and in all bedrooms.
LOCATION, VIEW AND ORIENTATION
The house is located in a quiet urbanisation on the west side of Ibiza and offers a lot of peace and privacy despite some neighbouring houses. The west orientation guarantees sunset views all year round. The view of the sea and the many small rocky islands in the water offer a romantic atmosphere. On special days you can even see the silhouette of the mountains on the mainland.
