Héloïse Haake joined our team as a Sales Agent in April 2024. With a rich and diverse background in marketing and sales, particularly in the hospitality sector, Héloïse brings a unique blend of German and French heritage.

She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Restaurant Management and has accumulated significant experience in a Catalonian start-up, where she adeptly navigated various roles from communications to sales. Her passion for gastronomy and hospitality eventually led her to Lisbon, where she successfully developed and managed a fine dining restaurant.

Héloïse first visited Ibiza in 2016 and immediately fell in love—not only with the island but also with her now life partner. Her long-standing passion for real estate made it clear that, once settled on the island, a career as a real estate agent would be the perfect fit. This role allows her to combine her love for design, marketing, customer service, and entrepreneurship.

Deeply committed to the island’s preservation and protection, Héloïse is an active member of IbizaPreservation and feels a profound connection to the island’s stunning natural environment.

She was particularly drawn to Prestige Properties due to the agency’s professional and ethical reputation. This alignment of values makes her a perfect fit for our team, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients. Her ability to connect with clients and understand their needs ensures a seamless and rewarding real estate experience.

Outside of work, Héloïse enjoys design, music, discovering new restaurants and boutique hotels, snorkelling, and practicing yoga. She aims to help people find their dream homes in Ibiza while maintaining a harmonious balance between a successful career and a fulfilling personal life. Héloïse lives by the motto "Teamwork makes the dream work," and her positive attitude and dedication are among her greatest assets.
