Carole joined Prestige Properties in 2025 as a Sales Agent, guided by her personal motto: making conscious and honest decisions today that she will still stand behind tomorrow. Her approach is rooted in integrity, long-term thinking and clarity — values she applies consistently in both her professional and personal life.

Originally from Antwerp, Belgium, Carole grew up in an entrepreneurial environment with early exposure to real estate development through her family. She later gained experience in property management in Belgium, developing a solid understanding of ownership, communities and long-term property considerations. Combined with her background in event and project management and several years in hospitality and client-facing roles, she brings strong organisational skills, structure and calm communication to every transaction. Shortly after starting in real estate, she successfully closed her first sale within three months.

After first visiting Ibiza in 2024, Carole felt an immediate connection to the island and permanently relocated in 2025. Now based in Santa Eulària des Riu and particularly fond of the north, especially Sant Joan, she appreciates the balance between nature, tranquillity and year-round life. Fluent in Dutch, French, English and Spanish, she supports international clients with clarity and care, guiding them through the emotional and practical aspects of buying or selling property.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, swimming, Pilates, reading non-fiction and sharing meaningful moments around the table with friends and family.
