OVERVIEW

White-washed arches, microcement floors and original wooden beams set a calming, contemporary tone throughout this modernised finca. A generous entrance hall leads to a cosy lounge with fireplace and an adjoining dining area; the separate, fully equipped kitchen features double refrigeration and sleek appliances for chef-level cooking. Natural light filters through skylights and traditional windows, softening textures of stone, timber and hand-crafted joinery. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi, sound system and underfloor heating ensure year-round comfort.

OUTDOOR LIVING
A long, palm-framed terrace unfurls around the 16m x 6m saltwater pool, edged with cushioned daybeds and a shaded porch for languid, long lunches. Drift into the jacuzzi for golden-hour bubbles, practise morning yoga on the deck, or grill supper at the barbecue before dining beneath pergola beams perfumed by lemon blossom. Five double bedrooms across the main house and garden suites.
Ground floor – Main House: Two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; one has a bunk bed plus one single bed—ideal for children or friends.
First floor – Master: A serene suite with private living room, dressing area, bathroom and an enchanting outdoor shower.
Garden Suites – Exterior Access: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; one includes a characterful round bath in an alcove, the other an en-suite shower room.

SERVICES & EXTRAS
Included: Weekday housekeeping (2 hours/day, Monday–Friday), linens and towels, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, security system, and pool/garden care.
